Harvest Of The Earth
"The Feast of Tabernacles was not only commemorative but typical. It not only pointed back to the wilderness sojourn, but, as the feast of harvest, it celebrated the ingathering of the fruits of the earth, and pointed forward to the great day of final ingathering, when the Lord
of the harvest shall send forth His reapers to gather the tares together in bundles for the fire, and to gather the wheat into His garner.
At that time the wicked will all be destroyed. They will become "as though they had not been." Obadiah 16. PP. 541.
"Beginning April, A.D.70, Forty Years to the Week from the Crucifixion of Christ.
The temple was burnt August 10, A. D. 70, the exact same day and month on which it had been burnt by the king of Babylon: Josephus, Ant. b. xx. c. 11. s. 8."
The Day Of Atonement is the time of Judgment and then comes the harvest, the dividing of the right from the wrong. The pure will be save and taken to heaven and the wicked will be slain.
The saints will go with Christ to heaven and sit around the table of the Marriage supper of the Lamb on the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles.
